Nice shell boobies, sir; They real?
A penis shoe. Yes, that's what I discovered in Quebec City... in a museum, no less. (Keep scrolling for the dude with shell titties.)

Quebec City: historic charm, cobblestone streets, European flair, picturesque strolls, delicious poutine, incredible architecture -- and a great place to bounce your ass off!
I have to admit, I was rather intrigued when I heard Houston was home to the National Museum of Funeral History. And naturally I wondered if the place would be some morbid hole in the wall. Turns out it's a pretty fancy place. There are artifacts from decades gone by including a gallery of presidential funerals, showbiz tributes, 9/11 items and so many vehicles the place could pass as a car dealership.
On the surface, indoor skydiving might seem scary. I'll admit, it is a little intimidating. But when I arrived at iFly Houston and saw little kids -- and even a birthday grandma -- heading into the wind tunnel, it made me think that I would have no problem taking flight and taking a successful dive.
My recent trip to Montreal offered an incredible opportunity to dive deep into the city's vibrant sports culture, specifically attending a highly anticipated soccer match between CF Montréal and their fierce rivals, Toronto FC. It was an experience that truly encompassed the spectrum of live sporting events, from family activities to an incredibly intense, almost unbelievable, fan spectacle.
During a recent trip to Montreal, amidst the charming cobblestone streets and vibrant arts scene, I stumbled upon a truly unique and utterly fascinating attraction: the Barbie Expo.
If there's one thing a Buff Boy needs to do when he travels, it's check out a spa in the destination city. So, here we are in Montreal!
Until I started researching different Puerto Vallarta vacation experiences, I never would have thought it a destination for world-class golf. But, sure enough, it's got an amazing course right on the ocean.
Food and booze: it's the Puerto Vallarta experience! Mexico is a country known for its flavors.
When you go to Puerto Vallarta, you think about the beaches... and maybe the tequila. Do you think about water parks? Probably not. Did you even know there's a water park in the PV area? Didn't think so. So, I checked it out for you!
Mexico has always held a special place in my travel dreams, a vibrant tapestry of culture, history and breathtaking landscapes. While I’d explored its buzzing cities and pristine beaches, I yearned for an experience that would connect me with its natural beauty and perhaps, something a little more adventurous.

This summer, I decided it was time to experience Canada's Bay of Fundy, not from a lookout point, but from its very surface in Nova Scotia, nestled within a kayak.
There's a lot to see at Manitoba Museum which, I'll be honest, is surprising because the building in downtown Winnipeg almost looks like an office space. From the outside, you'd have no idea inside is an amazing collection of history from the Canadian prairies.
Nova Scotia, a land of craggy coastlines, charming fishing villages and vibrant maritime history, holds a secret that beckoned to my adventurous spirit: the tidal bore. (No, it's not some wild animal. But it is definitely wild.)
I have to admit, the fog was pretty annoying as we approached the Duquesne Incline. The worry was that we won't see the sights high above Pittsburgh. As we started the journey upwards the fog actually made for some really cool pictures. We had the best of both worlds: a spooky fog setting and then a bright and clear sunny view of the city. There is a lot of historical information here. Lots of old signage to read. It's quite fascinating.
Who knew you could go to an outdoor amusement park in Pittsburgh in December? Kennywood (don't think it's like Dollywood -- name is a coincidence, I'm told) really does deliver in the winter. True story: There was a duet of Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers playing when we got here.
I've been to the theatre many times but never the ballet. I had no idea what to expect with the Houston Ballet. I read some reviews about the annual production of The Nutcracker and found out this is a "new" version of the old show. What exactly did that mean? I had no idea. But I did find out that it is a $5 million production. For the price tag alone I was excited to see what was in store.
At first I thought things wouldn't be very festive in Pittsburgh since there was no snow in December. But the outdoor Christmas market took me right into the holiday spirit. Was this my chance to finally see Santa? Keep reading!
It is hard to say in one breath (try it, I dare you) but we're at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens Winter Flower Show and Light Garden: Holiday Magic. The place has been transformed into an indoor winter wonderland with lights and flowers everywhere. Do you know how many thousands of poinsettias there are here? Really, do you know? I had to ask. Check out the interview on the next page.
They probably have more Christmas lights on display than I have ever seen before. At least 100,000 of them at the Houstonian Hotel. In addition to all of the Christmas decorations, they also feature amazing holiday treats and even local entertainment. On this particular night, area students were getting up and singing songs while the crowd sung along, tapped their feet and clapped to the music.
Many Canadians know there is something about their East Coast that has a subtle charm. There's just something different about that side of the country, they say. And they're right. This American can confirm it!
I'm always on the lookout for destinations that offer more than just a scenic backdrop. I crave experiences that delve into history, spark contemplation and leave a lasting impact. (But, as you've seen here, I love a fun zoo visit with animals!) That's precisely what I found during my recent visit to the Indianapolis War Memorial, a truly exceptional landmark dedicated to honoring the sacrifices made by Hoosiers in service to our nation.
As I stepped out of my car and onto the parking lot of Thermea Spa in Winnipeg, I couldn't help but feel a pang of doubt. The sky was a deep, foreboding grey, and the warm air was thick with the promise of rain.
